Ron ‘Bumblefoot’ Thal is back.

Thirty years after the release of his epic debut The Adventures Of Bumblefoot, the hot sauce master, double-neck dude, is back with a 14 track, completely instrumental album, Bumblefoot…Returns.

Anyone who has listened to Ron Thal’s albums before knows that his music can be very diverse, and according to the press release, Bumblefoot…Returns is no exception: “BUMBLEFOOT revisits his roots with a 14-track masterpiece that spans genres from metal to orchestral to blues.”

The album also features some heavyweights in the guitar community, including Steve Vai, Guthrie Govan and Sir Brian May., as well as violinist Ben Karas.

Ron was cool enough to sit down for a marathon chat to discuss the new album, what he’s been up to since Little Brother is Watching, his special guests, song titles, leftover pizza and so much more.
