Let’s Rock Chats With Envy Of None’s Andy Curran

The Intro

Following the success of their debut, self-titled release, Envy Of None are back with STYGIAN WAVZ. Bassist Andy Curran, vocalist Maiah Wynne, Jack of all trades Alfio Annibalini, and guitarist Alex Lifeson return with a powerhouse album that builds on their first record.

Any Curran was kind enough to join me for a 30 minute chat that ended up lasting over an hour. He talked about Stygian Wavz, of course, b ut also talked about the human element on the album, the genius of his bandmate, Alex Lifeson,. his Mount MoreRush of Canadian Bassists, his first ever gig, the Leafs-Sens playoff series (with a wager) and so much more.

I wanted to transcribe the interview, but my fingers don’t have the energy to type out a 1 hour interview.
