A couple of years ago, I featured a shred guitarist named Dave Reffett on Korea Guitar. He told me that I had to talk to this dude named Joe Stump. I had heard of him and loved his stuff. I finally got in touch with him and it was a blast. This guy loves music, loves talking and loves guitar. It’s a long one, but it’s worth it.
